I am a regular here, and it is a hit or miss with the quality of food. During the school year, lines are practically out the door since they accept RamBucks. However, they push the line quickly, so it is never that long of a wait. Usually the longer the line, the better the food. During midday, the food can be sitting out for a long time, making it hard and stale. Just go at the right time, and you'll be fine.

Given the challenges of serving customers during the pandemic, this location is exceptional. Glad I stopped on a whim. Fast, friendly and the food was fresh and hot ! My first stop at this location but not my last.

The food was great and the lo mein noodles weren't super dry like I've had at other locations. This location has been packed every evening this week (because of the swipe-exchange thing for VCU students), but service is surprisingly fast.

I love Panda Express! I always get the bowl w/ orange chicken and fried rice and it's so tasty. It gets very crowded around dinner time, so watch out for a long line full of hungry college students. This causes it to be quite loud in the restaurant, especially with the staff behind the counter and in the kitchen shouting to each other.
