Burger King

The food took a very long time and unfortunately we had to be somewhere, the manager there Robert was very kind and very apologetic for the delay and even refunded our order. It just seems to me that the staff is either new or don’t seem to care. Burger King was actually my first job so I get it, fast food isn’t the greatest or best job to have but it’s still work. I wish Robert didn’t have to stress himself out trying to get the staff to do their jobs. Baggers were on their phone while there was food just waiting to be bagged. Then they blamed the kitchen staff for food not coming out fast enough. Great customer service from management he deserves a raise.

I just left this Burger King location (6/03/23 @ 1:00pm) and felt very compelled to review it online. Fast food is fast food, it is what it is, I usually don't have expectations for fast food, other than a quick cheap bite to eat. However, this location was fantastic. Both the manager on duty and the cashier were so nice, very pleasant and helpful. The dining area, bathrooms and parking lot were all very clean and well kept. I get that it might not seem like a big deal, but being a past restaurant manager in this industry, it's not very easy to always stay in a great mood. But this Burger King did a great job, I was very pleased and impressed!👌🏼

Manager seemed under staffed (was asking people if they could pull to the side, and letting them know he would help them as soon as possible). Was incredibly up beat, polite, and kind. Was wearing a green and yellow and (black?) flag on his shirt (I think. Not 100% sure of the colors as my memory can be rough) Shout out to him and his team for doing the best they can with what they have!

It was excellent because we had the sweetest girl who was very polite and made sure our order was correct and we were really happy with her and we really appreciated it. There are a few people there who are not very friendly and they don't care as much. Maybe some of her enthusiasm will rub off on them.
