Bojangles

I think many of the complaints have nothing to do with Bojangles. It's the basic problem with Fried Chicken. It should be made to order, it doesn't really fit the fast food model. Any fast food chicken place suffers from the same issue. If it's hot and fresh, it's great. If it sits under a heat lamp it over cooks and dries up. When Bojangles is fresh, it's amazing. Juicy, perfectly flavored. The biscuits are fluffy and delicious. When it's sat for a while it's ok, but definitely not great. Probably 80% of the time it's amazing. I'll keep going back and hope for the fresh chicken.

Drive through!! Best deal is the 12 piece family meal only $29.99 (mix of white and dark meat). I judge Bojangles by their biscuits. This location has above average biscuits (but not the best fluffiest ones). They also sometimes are out of chicken if you go at off times and want a family meal. Overall though a great location and delicious food.

Always courteous and happy staff. My husband and I end up there either early or late and they never cringed. There is always a joke or two. I am glad they are available and to be real honest I will go out of my way to drive to this particular establishment over the others just for the way I am treated. I was turned away from another one due to them not wanting to make more chicken.

Wow wow wow. I wasn't expecting much trying *another* chicken sandwich but this is actually one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Fast service, crunchy outside, soft juicy inside, and deliciously seasoned fries. Plus it was served nice and hot. There was about a 15 minute wait on dark meat if you wanted the combo meals but we just got sandwiches instead and I'm certainly not complaining. Honestly such a shame that their locations are only in the south. But that sandwich though... genuinely has me considering driving 45 miles for the nearest Bojangles.
