I placed my order in store and they were VERY BUSY. This led to a simple mistake, an item I ordered was mixed up with another item. No biggie but I'm already eating and gave them a call since I'm not interested in going back out tonight. I was offered a replacement if I wanted to come back or store credit. I accepted the store credit and thanked them very much. I love this location❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ they deserve all the stars.

The best dominos in Richmond, Every pizza I've ordered has come out perfect every time, I go out of my way to pick-up from them over getting it from the closer locations because it is always hot, fresh, and perfect :)

The delivery driver, Chris, was amazing. He was so personable, friendly, and spoke to each of my very talkative kids. He played right into their imaginary game and they loved it. Chris is an asset to this store!

I would like to acknowledge the kindness of the workers at Domino’s on 5526 Lakeside Ave. It seems like no one here in this area of VA have restrooms available for the public and I ran into three gas stations where I was told I could not use their restroom before running into dominos where their bathroom door said “Employees Only” and they still let me use it. May not seem like a big deal to many but was a big deal to me in that moment, so thank you Domino’s Employees

This is one of the best domino's in Richmond. The employees are nice. The pizza is delicious. Deliveries are always on time or early. I could keep going but I want the people reading this to order for themselves and see why this is the best domino's in Richmond.

It was a long day, and I got back to Richmond late (past 11pm). Domino's had stopped doing delivery, but one could still do carry out. The one lonely worker was so pleasant and charming that I felt guilty adding a last minute task to her day, but she was ever the professional. I don't order or eat pizza often, but Domino's is and will be my first choice whenever I do.
