Our lunch at O’Charley’s was exceptionally good. Our waitress, Keyosha was one of the best servers we’ve ever had anywhere. I was visiting family in town and I wish I lived closer to this restaurant. I’d definitely dine there again!!

Stacy, the amazing Bartender, is AMAZING! She is kind, and a master of multitasking. In addition to taking care of me at the bar, she managed the seating area nearby as well as worked the curbside-to-go operation. Stacy is a WINNER!

I went to Ocharleys on Broad Street on Valentines day...They were very busy...But one thing i really admire about them were, the workers were working under conplete stress...Their customer service was excellent...They were patient, organized and working hard....Ms Lynn, to the cash registrar, to the cooks, door keepers, waitresses..I had a chance to sit down and watch and hear...What I saw, was everyone were in place and very flexible...The food was EXCELLENT! .

The food was really pretty good, though salty tasting to me, but I am on a low salt (no salt) diet. The service was as good as could be expected due to staffing issues. Our waitress was a gem.

Best experience and food!!! Loved everything!!! Customer service was definitely on point from walking into the restaurant. Our waitress was the best!!! The food was delicious!!! The manager was also helpful. Not due to anything bad but just wanted to ensure we enjoyed our time. Kept us updated on our food, the waitress kept our drinks full, and we left full, satisfied, and happy. Wasn't expensive at all!!! Will definitely be going back. Hopefully we can get the same waitress again

I don’t know what they use to clean the tables but it was sticky and gross. It got cleaned again and still was sticky.
Our server was friendly but as we took our time deciding what to get he seemed to be more and more frustrated coming back to our table every 4 minutes and even stating that we seemed to be in a ‘math test’ situation, it made us really anxious.
The food was ok, the bread they serve was the best thing followed by the nachos that had a lot of topping on the top but absolutely nothing as you go through. The honey drizzled chicken is good as any fried chicken is but way too heavily breaded for my taste.
EDIT: I sent the email and there was a follow-up and compensation on my review. Kevin helped me and was very nice. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you.

I had low expectations for dinner here... I was so wrong! The burgers were huge and cooked to order, the toppings were fresh tasting (Excellent pickles!), and the fries were equally as good! They also had sweet potato fries which stole the show, unfortunately they no longer serve them... It was so good, I went back again 2 weeks later, and we rarely order from restaurants these days. Did I mention it was about $35 for 3 meals?? Don't sleep on Charley's!

Came in town to go to the museum. We stopped here to eat before we headed back to the 757. I wish I could remember her name but our waitress was the best waitress we ever had. She had only been there a few days. Her personality & spirit was the best!! She was awesome. We didn't need to hunt her down for nothing. I would come back just for her to be our waitress again.
The kitchen manager was so nice. He made sure we was taken care of as well. We had a super minor issue with our food, not even worth mentioning & he went above and beyond for us. The food was great but the service was even better!!! Thank you!!!
I hope O'Charley's treats you both right!! I wish all my dining experiences would be like this one I had!!
Oh & those dinner rolls.... OMG!!!!
