Always in search of a great bagel, I recently stopped in Einstein Bagels store in Libbie Place Shopping Center on Broad Street. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. They had the usual choices but also had a unique mix of jalapeño and cheddar, 5 cheese, pretzel, chocolate chip, honey wheat, harvest grain and others. They're the best. Not just for breakfast--they have savory sandwiches for lunch too. Best of all, I thoroughly appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They were chatty, eager to offer suggestions. Great experience!

I love this Einstein's. When I come in I am greeted by name, always by friendly faces. The bagels are always fresh. The cold brew coffee is my favorite. I hope that you all know this store has improved so much within the last year and a half. The people are nicer. The store is cleaner. The food and atmosphere is so much better.

This is my favorite Einstein’s in the city. No matter where I live in Richmond, I always come to this one. The staff are always super friendly and always greet me by name when I come in. Highly recommend!

I got the Chorizo Sunrise: delicious, filling, spicy but never too overwhelming. The bread was pleasantly crispy. The employees were very friendly and prompt.
However, this is NOT the shop to just sit around in, as there's... no seats. If you're just looking to hang out, you'll either have to sit at the tables outside, in your car, or find a Starbucks.

great food at decent prices. they always have specials and deals, use the app. good customer service. no tables and chairs inside the restaurant. not sure what that's about, but otherwise everything is great.

They did the best they could with limited staff. The young lady who took orders and worked the cashier was working hard, as they all were. She was customer facing more than others. She was still nice. Hoping they hire more staff to support.

I LOVE BAGELS.. AND I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! AWESOME SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD! I recommend this place to anyone who lives in Richmond or if you're just traveling through!! And if you want a smile with your bagel just ask for Camellia!!

While there are the occasional limitations of a small kitchen area which can occasionally cause a bit of back up, I've always had a great customer experience at this location. The team is always hustling to get orders done but always greet me at the counter, if not when I enter. While there are certainly times that are much busier than others, I have little complaints since using the app to order ahead and pick up inside.

I had so much fun here. The bagels are amazing yummy and fresh! If I lived near here I'd be so huge🤣🤣 definitely gonna come back. Si many flavors to choose from. Lol I felt like a child in a candy store 😅

It's a shame that this place has one 3.8 stars and not 5, because it deserves it. I assume this area of Richmond is too snobby to know a decent fast food joint, which is unfair. They were SLAMMED when my boyfriend and I chose this place for a late breakfast. The employees were kind, the service was SO fast I couldn't believe it. They got through the entire backed up line quick and customers were still coming in. The food was good too, and for the price! Great job, highly recommend.
