Ok, if I could give Red Eye Cookie a one million star review I absolutely would!!! I lived in Richmond for a while and came across Red Eye late one night. I ordered, they DELIVERED, and I was hooked. The red velvet with the espresso powder? I got movement. But the real magic is the heart and soul that goes into each and every cookie. Gabriel, the owner, sent me birthday cookies out of a request of a friend of mine, because he understood how much I love his cookies. Visit this shop. Order from this shop. Listen: We had a love affair with insomnia cookies, which, of course, happens to be up the street. One day we were going and found them to be closed due to some maintenance issues we were bummed and looked for another avenue and found this place and BABAAAAA we haven't been back to insomnia SINCE we some DISLOYAL cookie people and I'm not apologizing. Yeah, they be out of the seasonal stuff ALL the time, but that cookies and cream cookie will make me not care EACH AND EVERY TIME.

Customer service was good. The store itself was a little hard to find because a tree covers the entire sign. We got the cookies and cream, peanut butter, snickerdoodle and the red eye that’s chocolate with coffee sprinkled with powdered sugar and it’s red. I can’t even pick a favorite because they were all absolutely amazing. Oh and they were served warm. Let’s just say I won’t be going crumbl or insomnia unless red eye is closed!

Cookies: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cookies are great and the staff is friendly. Red eye has several staple flavors and all of them are delicious. It takes time to make the cookies and they run out quickly on a few of the flavors. The establishment is located near VCU's central campus and has parking available on the streets during non-peak hours. Recommendations: chocolate cjip, red velvet, snickerdoodle, and Red Eye flavor.

Hopefully I get to try other cookies soon,but the first I have ever had from Red Eye Cookie Co. was the cookie (Snicker doodle) It was pretty good & I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who loves cookies. only thing I would say is maybe a little less soy after eating it it felt like I had chapstick on lol,but not to much of a problem
