Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

My daughter and my 3 month old grandson visited for lunch. The server, David, was exceptional. Professional, polite, kept the beverages full and the table bussed while we dined. Pretzel bites and cheese really hit the spot. Hot, light with a crisp crust. Burger was good and my salad was fresh. They accommodated our baby. Pleasant atmosphere. Restroom was stocked but a tad messy and some tables were left dirty but considering staff shortages, I still give a thumbs up.

Red Robin's hamburgers and cheeseburgers are among the very top of the market, in my opinion. The hamburger is prepared according to your options, including how well done you want the meat. Toppings were fresh, the French fries were awesome, the broccoli was outstanding, and the onion rings were excellent. Service was outstanding -- our waitress was friendly, "on the job" with refills (drinks, fries, and broccoli), and engaging. We had a great time there, and we hope your visit will be just as pleasant. We went at an "off time," so the restaurant was not very crowded. Televisions were not loud, and the place was super-clean. Love the atmosphere there, and we hope Red Robin maintains the current ambience. Just an overall fun time. Wish for more!

Justin was amazing. He was quick, kind to answer our questions and work with our big family. He was so friendly and made everything easy. Highly recommend this location and this awesome waiter who made our stressful trip, stress free! Thank you Justin, we truly appreciate you and this Red Robin’s location!

My wife and I came in for lunch today and we’ve been here before, but we’ve never had the waitress we had today before. Andy,( or andi I’m not sure how she spells it) was absolutely amazing. She was very polite and attentive. She was excellent at giving us our space to eat and enjoy the food but still being aware of our needs. We will return to this location and we hope to have her help us again.
