Outback Steakhouse

The food was very good for a chain steak house. My steak was cooked perfect, and was seasoned well. I had a bowl of French onion soup as well. It was on the salty side but tasted good overall. I also had the wedge salad, which was delicious, one of my favorites. My side was a baked potato and it was yummy, I filled up on salad and my steak so I took my potato home and poured the rest of my soup on it and it was really good, the potato helped neutralize some of the salt. The only part that wasn't great was the seating. The booths are uncomfortable and I am not a fan of the hightop tables. Our waitress was very attentive and the rest of the staff we friendly as well. Our food came out fast and fresh. Overall a very positive experience.

Every visit we have here, is always top tier. We visit here at least once every 2 weeks amd the food is always well prepared, staff is friendly, and we are taken care of. Tonight I have to give a special shout out to Ieasha, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assure that we had the best visit we could and it showed. She was very attentive, but not overcrowding us. You could tell she was genuinely concerned with our experience and it was very much appreciated because it was my birthday. I hope she is rewarded and recognized for the amazing job she does amd we will for sure look for her on future visits

Giving it 4 stars because when we came in host wouldn't let us sit on the booth. It was odd because there were plenty of booths. They seated us next to a bunch of scremaing kids. We then took it upon ourselves to go eat at the bar, which was the best decision. James the bartender was very polite and took great care of us. He did awesome customer service. 👏 Will return again to eat at the bar they food was also fresh and excellent.

James F was absolutely amazing. I came in between meetings and I was greeted quickly once I sat at the bar, placed my order and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would definitely go back, if you ever sit at the bar and you see James with his radiating smile just know you’ll be well taken care of !

Our waitress Michelle Bass was THE BEST! She clearly communicated to everyone at our table. She provided THE BEST service to each one of us. Michelle clearly cares for her patrons. I look forward to returning and will make sure we ask to have Michelle Bass serve our table. She made our night with her conscientious work ethic! Thanks Michelle!!!!

The service was very professional and expeditious. The food was delicious and served by the BEST waitress I have experienced thus far. Jessica was well groomed, well spoken, thorough, and efficient. This place is a must eat for anyone in the Richmond area. Thank you for the wonderful all around experience!
