The Cheesecake Factory

The food was amazing. The server was definitely waiting on tables other than ours and we waited a good 45 minutes to even order our food. He was blatantly going to certain tables with certain people so we need to move past this in our nation, there is no room for it especially in the service industry. The food was amazing and worth a small wait but definitely need to get the service under control.

So...my teenage son and I drove about 30 minutes to get to Cheesecake Factory and I'm not sure what I was expecting seeimg as it was a Saturday night ("Date night" according to my son) haha Anyway, we could barely get through the doors. People were everywhere. We squeezed our way to the front desk area and was immediately cut off. One man had come from inside the restaurant and grabbed the attention of the attendant (if you will). I approached again once the first guy left but another man cut in front of me as soon as the waiter/attendant acknowledged my presence. When I was acknowledged again, I was told the wait would be an hour and a half. My son didn't want to wait so instead, we walked around Short Pump mall to view the Christmas lights and get ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery. I'm actually glad Cheesecake factory turned out to be a bust because we had a great time freezing our butts off eating ice cream. :) Tip: dont go to Cheesecake factory on "Date night" ! :)

We went here on a whim for Sunday date night. I wish I had taken a picture of my food! The choices were overwhelming. So we ended up ordering different appetizers, and they were our meals. They were good size portions, so we were not disappointed. I forgot the names of these drinks, but they were good! The dim lighting was romantic, but u might need to pop out your phone light on order to see the menu 😆

Brussel Sprouts we’re drizzled with Honey! Best I’ve ever eaten!!! Although the fries were shoestring and probably good when fresh, but mine spent too much time under a heat lamp!! The fish part of the fish and chips was tender and lightly breaded, lacked salt. The best Entree of the evening was Chicken Bellagio! Amazingly rich and tasty, very filling, but I couldn’t put my fork down!!! Enough for 2 people! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Short Pump location......My server was amazing. He was a college student. His name started with the letter A. I can't remember his name. He and one of his coworkers brought me ice cream with a pink candle on it when he found out I had just finished chemo. Another young lady who works there shared words of encouragement with me. I left there feeling wonderful.

Went on peak time on a Friday and we had such a good time. The wait was short, they took us to the table earlier than the estimated time. Service was attentive and swift, food was really good taste wise and portions large and the ambiance was lovely. Buzzing, cutlery clinging and nice music. We had a blast. Chicken Madeira & Chicken Costoletta

I joined the CF rewards program and was able to make a reservation in advance for a Saturday night. I was glad I did because the wait was long for those who didn’t (which was expected). We were initially seated by a group of teens and the hostess offered to move us to a more quiet spot which was great but the tables were so close together. We were at a 2 seater table but a 4 seater was right beside us; I could reach out and touch them and the other guests had to side step between tables when they got up. As always the food was delicious. We opted for marinara sauce instead of cocktail sauce for the calamari. This was our first time trying their Brussels and they were cooked well. I love the gumbo (I asked for extra sausage) although it has more of a jambalaya consistency when mixed with the rice. My boyfriend’s dish was incorrect at first but our server Tatianna (sp.) apologized and got it to us as quickly as she could; she was super sweet and did great with checking on us and refilling our drinks throughout the night. Because I signed up for the rewards in advance I got a reward for a free slice of cheesecake so I went with my favorite ultimate red velvet cake cheesecake to go!

Drove a little over an hour for cheesecake for a birthday, decided to eat lunch (take cheesecake to go). Food was good. Husband had chicken picata, and I had chicken Romano. Kids had various dishes. The appetizer we chose the buffalo blast, and it was amazing. My only complaint was my plate was super hot but my food was warm but cooled down way too quick...could have been warmer. Ended up taking home a entire normal cheesecake and 6 individual flavored slices. Price is what is expected of the cheesecake factory if you've eaten there before. Will make drive again...just not as frequent if it were closer just for cheesecake alone...
