Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

My husaband and went here Friday to celebrate Veteran’s Day, as we do each year. Let me tell you, they treat the Vets right! We were able to order ANY entree on the menu, irrespective of price. I went with the Tomahawk pork chop and my husband had the prime rib. The food was great, but the star of the night was our server Felisha. Her service was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, even offering drink and food recommendations. Can’t wait until we come back, I will definitely ask for Felisha again.

I loved the service here, the music was a very old country-ish style and didn't fit the atmosphere but I enjoyed listening to the old music it really took me back a little bit while talking and eating. Again the service was wonderful and I wish I could see her again, she was great! But she did forget to take the bacon off my loaded baked potato amd the onions off my burger, I'm glad she didn't- I got to try something new even though I'm picky Loved the food

Absolutely LOVED it there. Took my husband there for his birthday. The staff was very professional and polite. Our server was very nice, polite, and very professional. We loved our food, I had the BLT salad with a side of shrimp and my husband had the steak and shrimp with a loaded bake potato. Everything was great, I would go back

We typically have had good experiences at Firebirds but our recent trip to the Short Pump location was excellent. Our party of 15 (8 of which were children) can be a tough bunch but the entire team at Firebirds from our server, Lynelle, to the chef, Raul, and the hostess, Jazz, made for a memorable dinner. Lynelle stayed impressively calm and on top of everything. She ensured everyone received their meals and refilled drinks before we even realized we needed refills. She was accommodating but also efficient. Lynelle and the team really went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience and it worked! Kudos to Chef Raul for the excellent food and to Jazz for helping to make it all happen on short notice. Thank you!

It has been a good while since I’ve visited. We ordered the ribeye, ribs, baked potato, lemon cake and buffalo wings. The ribs might have been a bit overcooked but still extremely tender, Beware the their steaks taste if they are charbroiled, or a grilled taste, not a flat iron taste. I ordered my steak medium well and it came out more medium rare. The second time it came out perfect. The buffalo wings are great. Overall, would revisit again. The lemon cake is amazing. Get it!
