Went through the drive-thru with no wait time. The employee that helped me was very well spoken and nice, helped me through my order, and gave quick service with a friendly tone. The food came out quickly and tasted great, and the appearance of the store from the outside was clean and appealing. Great location!

This was a disgusting experience. I wish that I would have gone through the drive thru so that I wouldn't have seen how filthy and disgusting that the inside was. We came there at 11:30 am so it's not like there would have been crowded that early. We didn't notice until after we ordered. We saw some tables that weren't cleaned, which could be from that morning, if the staff was too busy to get to it, and the floors had dirt and old food on them, even under the trash can, drink dispenser, and the condiment stand. We got our food and all was good until I started eating my cinnamon twists. It was just a bunch of tiny broken pieces and cinnamon mix, as if they were scraped from the bottom of the bin. Not a great experience.

The teenage works here need to be trained properly to deal w customers, very unpleasant visit. Messed up my order.. I asked for no beans, got home and found my burrito w beans. When I asked for the receipt the drive thru girl was very rude about it, I asked for one bc I had a feeling this would happen. I live about 15 min from here.. when I called the manager said I could go back to get a new one after I asked what he was gonna do about it, he did not care.. Why would I go back if y’all messed it up once.

Agree with other 1 stars. Not a good taco bell location. 80% of the time they prepared incorrect order. One time they had to do twice to fix the order. It seems this location is not able to get good employees.

DO NOT waste your time by going to FM 1093 Richmond/Fullshear location. Unless of course you like being turned away, due to a “Nationwide outage and can only make DoorDash orders.” And per the rude guy running the drive-thru 6-20-22 @ 7:30p.m. his words exact, “Yes it’s a nationwide outage. Why are you asking me why the computers are down? You need to leave!” Guess the punk doesn’t realize me and the 4 cars in front of me he turned ALL away, one by one, ordering ultimately keeps a paycheck in his pocket. Went onto the next location, 5640 W Grand Parkway S.Richmond just to see if could get a clear explanation as to why DoorDash was essentially “running the show” for Taco Bell. Spoke with a VERY nice girl upon answering the phone. Low and behold, they’re running business as usual! Busy inside and out in the drivethru. Telling the girls at the window what was all said at FM 1093, she then says they’ve had people for an entire month leave FM 1093 stating the same. This has the rudest, laziest, jerks for employees.

After the poor decision to remove the Mexican pizza from their menu they brought it back a few months ago… I decided to get one today! it was disgusting the beans were thick and salty, you could barely find the meat and it was cold

I went thru drive thru and asked for a bean burrito with extra red sauce and onions and was charged for it. As I ate it I realized there was no onions and no red sauce at all. Just check your food before you leave

Waited in line to order about 15 min, ordered another 7 min wait to pay window. Pay and sit and wait 18 minutes to get my order. While waiting, an employee is ranting and arguing with in restaurant customers. I get my order and attached is the picture of my nacho bell grande. Every time I go, they mess something up; lesson learned tonight. Don’t go back.
