If you want your food thrown together, given the wrong food and a window person that does not understand the order screen then go here.
Also if you want smashed old hard bread for a bun they serve you that too. Large crisscut fries were not larg and bad pieces no one wants.

The staff is friendly and accommodating although under staffed everyone does what they need to do to get the job done and a timely and early fashion it was pretty impressive and if they do make a mistake they're eager to fix it with understanding and appropriate presentation

Today I was truly disappointed, I've always been happy here
I ordered an Original Wrap, it was truly the worst thing ever, 2 small wilted pieces of lettuce, the burger was small, one piece of tomatoe and 3 pieces of purple onion no larger than an inch, atleast make an effort to make it close to the picture you display, this was a far cry

always slow just sat literally for 10 min. not moving in drive thru. haven't order yet. these people want $15 minimum wage and they can't even run a drive thru properly or efficiently and and although it was lunch time it wasn't. busy

Carls Jr, Lake Blvd location is the best in Shasta County. If you're in the mood for Carls Jr its worth the trip, food is always hot, order is always made right and you get wonderful service from the Great Staff.

I tried the new "Gold Digger Double Cheeseburger." I wonder how many guys already irritated the worker's by saying, "I bet they named this after my wife."

Very judgmental people. Always talk behind your back and treat you like a slave instead of a friend. After working here I never ever want to be a part of a team like that again.
