Spent an hour in the drive through.. they did not even take the car in front of me order until about 45 minutes in. I couldn't leave had a car behind me. When I got to order all I ordered was a chocolate cake and a large coke for my client. I then had to wait another 20 minutes waiting for the car infront of me to get their order, and then it took them about 5 minutes to get a soda and a chocolate cake. They are usually pretty slow at this location, but this was a very long time to sit in a drive through.

People working the drive thru mic were confused and slow. Not efficient at all. The food was excellent, hot and fresh. There is no outdoor seating, but that's okay. Lot of people sitting, sleeping around the grounds or approaching your car, so I wouldn't feel safe outside anyway.

I have been going to Jack In The box for the last 59 years. I have always loved their food my favorite is their hamburgers and tacos. I have never been disappointed the employees have always been friendly courteous greet you with a smile. They're the best 💖🥰

This place used to have good food and good prices but man the quality is gone down and the prices have gone up. The hilltop in Cypress store oh my God, the person who runs this store has no clue what they're doing. Can't believe that person's even still in charge ridiculous what they will put up with from a manager.

Thank you to the Jack In The Box owner for reaching out, commenting on my 3 star review, and for asking for additional feedback! I rarely hear back from owners / managers, so I updated my review to 4 stars.
I haven't visited Jack in the Box for a year and decided to go the Redding drive-thru late Saturday evening / Sunday morning, just after midnight. I didn't mind the 20+ minute wait because there were about 10 cars in front of me - but when I got home, I found out that I was given the wrong burger order. The burger was alright but I was disappointed that I didn't get the Sourdough Jack like I expected. Other than that, the curly fries were pretty good. 👍

The drive through situation doesn’t seem to have improved despite the owner addressing it with some people in previous reviews. I will however say the food is always excellent quality which is why I keep coming back.

One vehicle ahead of us in drive thru. Took 20 minutes to order, then when we pulled around there was that same vehicle (only the one) and it took another 10-15 minutes to get to the window for our order. Fast food drive thru “lines” (without a line especially) shouldn’t take this long: It would make sense if there was an actual line I suppose.

Our Family has been here just a couple weeks. Its extremely quiet. Friendly people all around us. Pets are welcome and even have a little doggie run. Maintenance men and Lady at Front Counter very helpful and polite. Highly recommenced.
