Ben at the Churn Creek branch in Redding is the consummate professional. It is enough that Papa John's consistently provides the best pizza money can buy, no matter what town I find myself in, but the fact that they hire such professionals as Ben to be the face of their company speaks very highly of the value they place in QUALITY. Not only in pizza's but in people as well. Good job Ben, and thank you for your help.

I used to own and operate a pizza franchise in Canada 29 years ago and know the hard work it takes to maintain customer patronage . I've ordered from many pizza chains over the years , and Papa John's is simply the best pizza I've ever had . The store in Redding is consistent on every order I make , it's value is the best I've ever had over the years . Keep it up !

Have enjoyed Papa Johns back east as a quick snack, tasted great and had a crust most pizza would be proud to ware, This papa johns, sucked poor and poorer. I used to have an attitude about this and ask for money back, i was already let down now I'm required to cope a full-blown foodie attitude. Walked over to Roots and got my chill back

I got so tired of seeing that due to technical issues they couldn't take online orders and they NEVER answered their phone, so I went to the store to buy a pie. (sorry I'm from New York and we just say buying a pie, not a pizza). Anyway, they were closed!!! I don't know if that means they've closed down forever, or if they're doing renovations or what, but there was a construction type truck in the parking spot in front of the store. Nice to let your customers know what's going on. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Great prices, phenomenal pizza, & welcoming staff. The owner, Paul, is an awesome guy who makes sure the customer is always happy. You can tell the owner & his staff take pride in their work.

like how they do most of my orders accurate and fresh and the website track but still need to improve on mobile tracking and the rewards are great but sometimes hard to wait for more points cause i dont basically order dessert for 10 points other than that like it better cause its nearby know better to keep it hot during delivery

Pizza is good but not happy with the really long delivery time, they need help with scheduling enough staff obviously.
