I feel like this chain requires their employees to ask you at least 3 questions and compliment you at least once.
Feels like very fake interaction, also there are a lot of people that just don't want to have a conversation until after their coffee.
But at least they are timely and have lots of convenient locations, even though I'm sure their coffee makes my stomach upset
