Barbacoa Grill Don Rafael

Really nice restaurant, good quality food and not that much more than some of the others we ate at around the resort but much better quality. Service was a bit hit and miss as they were so busy and atmosphere was ok - very loud as it’s such a big place but wasn’t detrimental to the experience. I had the rib eye, partner had the lamb, both very good.

A very busy restaurant. We went in from the sea front side and didn't realise how large the restaurant was inside. We were taken round in an L shape and there was another entrance at the other side of the building. The food was absolutely delicious I cannot fault it. We left 3 clean plates. It was so busy though that I felt the service was not as good as other places we had been. The servers were all polite but very busy and rushed and I felt the drinks and meals were banged down on the table in front of us. The venue is decorated very nicely and the toilets were immaculate. The food was superb but the only thing that spoilt it for me a bit was the lack of interest from the servers.
