Don’t order from this location. Every time I order from this location they get my order wrong. How can you mess up the same order so many times? Last time I order my bowl had big chunks of onions like they weren’t properly chopped. Never again.

Very authentic rustic Mexican food just like you find in a small town in Mexico except it is like 10x the price.

Food is good when the store is open. Got there at 3:30 on a Saturday and was greeted with a sign that said “sorry closed until Wednesday the 8th” how does a business survive with such inconsistent hours? Never seen the same employee in there twice and 9/10 they don’t know how to scan my online gift card, I’ve even gotten lip that they can’t except them until another employee shows them how to do it. When they are open the line is out the door.

Take out portion size is inconsistent, and take out orders are often late by half an hour or more, even when the order was placed hours earlier.

Bad sirvice. I order my food to be deliver to me. 30 mts later my food wasnt even pick up by a driver and the store did not call me to let me know. I had to go directly to the store to pick my food. On top of that when i got home and open my food it was not what i order.

Staff is AWFUL….will not replenish when out and will scrap the bottom of the bin before going to get more.WORST money ever spent. This Chipotle is a shame to the franchise and needs corrective training on customer service.

Burrito was extremely small. I eat Chipotle all the time so, I KNOW. It's like I was given a kids meal. Wanted brown rice received white, no cheese, and barely had beans or steak. Like it's noticeably empty. Called the store and the call contained to drop.
