I live within walking distance to this bakery so we visit quite frequently. They have good fresh bread. I don't have a sweet tooth so the pastries do not interested me, though I do like the strawberry cheesecake and the baklava a lot. Their ice coffee is the worst- but again, that's just preference. Overall, reliability, convenient, and local.

Everything in the case looked really good so we picked out a few items. I haven't tried everything we purchased but I can say that the brownie tasted like something out of a Little Debbie box at the supermarket which was very disappointing. The chocolate chip muffin was hard and dry, Dunkin muffins are much better.
Will not be going back anytime soon.

I placed a corporate catering order and prepaid the day before for an 8:00am pickup. I arrived on time waited in line and was told my order wasn't ready but to give them 5 minutes. I waited 15 and then asked for an update on my order. Then a staff woman came and started yelling at me telling me to join the line. I calmly explained I was told to wait because my catering order was not ready. She proceeded to tell me half my order is not ready and won't be for a while so I need to wait. I explained I have to go so I would take whatever was ready and cancel the rest.The woman began speaking to me with such a bad attitude, interrupting me and telling me she isn't going back and forth. I explained I needed the order I pre-paid for and need to go. Terrible customer service by the woman who claims to be the owner. It was pretty unbelievable. I won't be placing my catering orders for my employer from here again.

The pastries are fantastic, and the grinders are just as good. They have a lot of party tray options to grab and go which is very helpful, I love that option. The iced coffee was terrible, but I blame the person who didn't train the girl who made it- not LaSalle's.

1 star simply for the customer service. We walked in very close to closing time, there was no sign with hours on the door. We had just had dinner and figured we would go in quick. The young blonde girl behind the counter was clearly not pleased. She made it a point to say “we close in 1 minute”. Now, I didn’t plan on staying very long, neither did my husband or my cousin. And when she cashed us out, I didn’t get a receipt which I planned on adding a tip however I’m very glad I didn’t. She ran to the door and let us out. My cousin even thanked her for attending to us, To which she dryly said have a good night. I’ve worked in a bakery before, and still work customer service now, she was incredibly unpleasant.

Truly amazing baker's who made the perfect Birthday Cake for my parents. I spoke to the young lady and we discussed how I wanted it decorated. The Christmas Birthday Cake came out decorated with ribbons and flowers that sparkled. It was truly delicious and fed 20-25 people. I've never seen a cake this beautiful. Highly recommend. Thank you to the bakers!

So sad 😞 I asked for my veggie pizza and spinach pie warmed because there was a oven visible. They put it in “a panini maker” aka the microwave. Both were very chewy as if it was microwaved. Before purchasing but once it was given to me, I asked how the food was heated. The girl who runs the oven is off today. I come to LaSalle Bakery for quality. I’ll skip it next time and save the money.
