Order a drink gave me something else. They wouldn’t give me what I order. They said... we cant give you another drink, I told them to keep the wrong drink. They wouldn’t. I just left angry. I spend good money to receive bad service. I will NEVER go there again!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star

I never write bad reviews but there’s a first for everything. I might as well have lit my money on fire and saved myself the 15 plus minute wait in the drive thru line. The past few trips I have thrown away my drink each time because it’s been wrong. Why even have a white mocha on the menu if I’m going to be given a regular mocha each time? The first time or two you let it go but staff needs some serious training and/or literacy lessons.

This is a nice Starbucks location. They got the order right, and had a good staff. I can't wait for their inside seating to open back up, as this looks like a nice dining room to spend some time in.

Every single time I've been in, I've received absolutely horrible customer service and have had to send my drink back multiple times (and have received attitude in doing so) because it's been wrong. No one is friendly in the mornings. I work in customer service as well and if I acted with as much attitude as the morning crew does, I'd hear about it from my company's owner. It's uncalled for. You're suppose to be a professional, not personal. The store is getting a 2 simply because the afternoon/night crew makes up for it, they're usually far more polite.

This location is upgraded and the best one in Prescott, better than the Depot location on Sheldon PLUS it has a drive though
