Have always used this Costa but since they have hired a new member of staff her name being Clare, it’s put myself and my mother off of going back there. Clare was very rude and snappy with my mum and abrupt with her words. Made my elderly mother feel very uncomfortable and now refuses to go back there

Walked out after 5 minutes standing at counter being ignored by staff member. No queue or other apparent reason for total lack of service. By the time i gave up, 10 people queued up behind me

One of the fastest places in Hampshire dispite having a line of 20 people didn't wait more than 10 minutes. Somethings Southampton Costa can't do and they make everyone wait
