Rita's Pizza

Thank you to the staff and owner of Rita’s Pizza. My two year old niece fell and smacked her head while we were at MoMac Brewery next door. When I came to Rita’s asking for ice to minimize swelling, they told me they didn’t have ice, but would try to come up with something. 4 frozen mozzarella sticks in a baggie did just the trick. Thanks for your compassion and ingenuity!

Our neighbors raved about Rita's and after a trip to Momack brewery (right nextdoor) we decided to give it a shot. We've been big fans of Sal's and Granby Street Pizza for years but now I'm totally sold on Rita's. Cheese bread is on point, pizzas are LOADED, and the customer service has been great. So no more driving to Norfolk or etc.

Lindsey was very unprofessional. I ordered food on January 19, 2022, and was met with some very unprofessional customer service from a coworker by the name of Lindsey. Initially, I called to place my order over the phone and had asked in the process if it were possible to pay over the phone or if i had to come in to pay. I was met with the response that i have to come in regardless to get the pizza, along with her giggling in the process as if i asked a dumb question. I was well aware that i still had to come in to get the pizza, i was just asking a simple question about the payment method. I had asked the question because my mother was actually coming in to get my order. My mom spoke with a person there who informed her that they rather not do payments over the phone. I am completely fine with that policy however i feel i should’ve been told in a more professional way, instead of being met with sarcasm. Being a person who works in customer service, i firmly believe it’s an appropriate way to say things.
