Very good food (coming from a Punjabi man) - the tandoori chicken starter was arguably the best tandoori chicken I've ever had with both flavour and tenderness.
Staff were brilliant and so friendly - was served by Rafti. I asked for a Mango Lassi which was off the menu and they made it specially for me which i thought was brilliant.

I had the pleasure of visiting Akash Restaurant with my husband and one of his friends recently, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was absolutely delightful, creating a perfect environment for our dining experience. Loved the food from Akash, though I'm dissapointed in my last visit as the Papadom's were old and stale and the drinks were old as well, no fizz and that was annoying since they charge so much for a small drink. The food is 10/10, especially for take-away/delivery, but the dinening experience could be improved.

hi I like indian food, tasted it all over the world, new delhi, katmandu, nepalgung, dhaka, london, deventer, paris, boston, so I do have a bit of an idea whats ok. This place is nice! Great service, friendly owners but most of all they want to make you feel comfortable. So please visit them and thank them from me to show my girls to bake naan bread.

Great food, decent service but our waiter was useless. Took him several times to get the order correct (only 4 people) and we still ended up with a rice we didn't order. Also, we tried to give a tip, but the last person to pay was charged £16, rather than the £32 we said we'd all pay.

Got a chance to try this Indian restaurant. The staff and the manager were very friendly and humble. We ordered chicken tikka and stuffed paratha. Food was great. Service was quick.

Fabulous Indian restaurant on Albert Road. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the food tasted amazing. One of the oldest Indian Restaurants in the country and they sure know what they're doing. It is a bit o the price-y side, however, but it's well worth it. The Tindaloo I had tasted amazing, but it's not for those that don't like spice!
