Mad good homemade taste. No artificial smell or after taste. Just pure milk, cream, and delight. Sweet but not sugary. $8 for 3 scoops or $9 for a pint to take home but then you only get one flavor. Be fun if they made combo pints to take home.
Google hours are not reliable so call first.
Staff is always cool and friendly. Go take a walk by the water in the back.

Douglas and James has the most amazing ice cream, it's so great I stock up for the winter to last me until they reopen for the season. You have to try their Cookies & Cream, Cherry Vanilla, Vanilla Bean, Pistachio and Strawberry- I know I listed a lot, but it's seriously delicious, like addicting!!!

Excellent ice cream with lots of great flavors and varieties. It's always freshly made in house. Lots of interesting decorations/antiques/other items to check out if there's a wait.

This ice cream is so delicious and they have a good assortment of flavors. Plus, the people who work there are friendly, the place is clean, and they are being good about a mask policy. They also have some delicious iced coffee. You can't eat inside right now, but they keep the door open and there are benches to sit outside and eat if you want.

The ice cream tasted pretty good, I was trying to find homemade ice cream and Google said that it was so we gave it a shot. It doesn’t taste homemade but they did have a lot of machines there and it was a very particular taste at best. Not bad but not great. If I’m wrong and it is homemade then I’ll revise and make it a five star.
