Joaquin was so nice and went above and beyond. Such a wonderful experience everytime i order from there. Of there is an issue with anything, they are so quick to fix it!

Got our order wrong twice ! Gave us credit twice and didn’t honor it twice ! I spoke to the manager she gave us a pizza and it was honestly so poorly done it was embarrassing to even complain again plus they forgot our wings . Horrible service !

The associate was a bit rude . I asked for contact less delivery and to be place in my trunk which I opened for her . She came to my window asked to roll down my window and handed me the pizza versus placing them in the trunk . When I arrived home I paid for extra sauce pepperoni and it was so dry. Rubbery and cold . I also purchased a soda . They never delivered and stated next they will give it to me . I have yet to receive it. This pizza hut does not meet the true pizza hut standards. In taste ,quality and service . So disappointed.

This place is the worst. Had to drive out to this location 2 times. They couldn't get my ONLINE order correct the first time. Joaquin the manager has no leadership / management skills. Jada was just beyond rude and has No common sense.
To make matters even worst.....Joaquin (manager) placed the number to corporate with his own hand in my center counsel during COVID-19 ... half his body was inside my car through my passenger window!!!
