Jack In The Box

The great thing about chain fast-food restaurants like Jack in the Box is that you always know exactly what you're going to get. With that information in mind, I've been visiting this particular Jack in the Box since 2012. They have always provided speedy service and I have never once had anything wrong with any of my orders. Recommend: Always get 2 regular tacos with every order

I realize I have the pallet of a young child but it is no joke when I say I cannot eat mayonnaise. I ordered my food with no tomato and no mayo. I was asked if my order was correct on the screen. It was, so I stated as much. I got home to find may and mustard (mustard!) On my chicken sandwiches. Not a wipe it off and move forward situation. I had several people on their way over and was unable to get back out to replace the sandwiches. Luckily, I am a certified genius and took the dry half bun from each sandwich and made one edible sandwich. Oh! And the receipt mysteriously said mayo only add must. This can only be possible if my order was sent to the kitchen correctly, re-entered incorrectly, and sent in place of the correct order. Explain that Jack!

"Is the order correct on the screen?" "Yes" So how did I end up with 2 tacos that I hadn't ordered? I bought them anyway, we were running late for a2 hour trip. Figured I try them. I used to believe Jack in the Box was of a higher quality than others. A bit pricier, but I expected better than average. I was thrilled when the Jack was finally rebuilt and reopened. But. It's fast food. I guess my expectations were too high.
