Usually great, this time got shorted 2 items. Not good at all, especially after we were on the road. Check items always before you leave the window, my bad.

Service in drive thru forgot. Drinks also did not add sauce f{r nuggets then made .e pull around and wait on drinks and my son has to walk to drive thru to get his sauce for is chicken nuggets...the.ey are so in a rush to move cars they don't even complete an order.and my cheese burger was cold and I ate it why waiting on drinks.

Ordered 10pc chicken nugget and ended up with some employee's lunch instead (see pic). Apparently the workers eat or leave their own food in the kitchen. Very unprofessional and potentially breaking the health and food safety code. The guy gave me extra fries as a gesture but what would I do with another large fries? An apology along with promise to do better and a voucher for a free meal would've been a better start. These people need better hospitality training.

Wow I forgot how good McDonald’s coffee is and some other stuff. The old MD by me (Haven and Lemon in Rancho) was horrible, the coffee was always burnt and horrible. This McDonald’s is always top of their game. Great, quick, service. Awesome stuff! Keep it up.
