El personal fue muy amable y amigable, aunque debo admitir que te hacen esperar fuera un buen rato, teniendo mesa reservada y llegando en hora, hay cola para acceder, ya que debes esperar que un camarero te acompañ
Excelente experiencia, tanto el servicio como la comida fueron espectaculares. Especial mención a Laureano, el Maradona de la restauración de Hard Rock, su atención y amabilidad es especial, nos explico con todo detalle los platos y nos ayudo a elegir con mucho gusto. Went for a meal with my husband while we were staying in the Hard Rock Hotel and the food was delicious. My husband had bolognese and I had green vegetable risotto, then we had canolli and ice cream for desert and couldn't fault it for flavour. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
This is one places where I spend of THAT nights of my life. Thank you Vittorio transforming it in something magical
Le rapport qualité prix est bon mais le service en dessous des autres restaurants de l’hôtel.
La salade caprese était très bonne et les pâtes bolognaise et carbonata étaient bonnes mais sans être incroyables.
