Definitely one of my favorite locations in Phoenix. The general manager here is always so nice and the store is always clean. Love the fresh bread and the LTO's they've recently been adding have been a nice changeup with the wraps. I also like the option of having an unwich. For those of you who don't know that is everything in a sandwich wrapped into leaves of lettuce. Which really cuts down on the carbs and is great if you work out and that's your thing. The fact that they slice everything everyday definitely matters and you can tell when you get an unwich by the freshness. Also appreciate the store giving a heads up when deliveries are running later than normal.

I ordered a Gargantuan and a #15, it's a large tuna. Getting home I ate mine but only half until my wife started eating hers... "mind you, this is dinner." Her sandwich is supposed to have mayo, tomates, extra onion, tuna, provolone cheese. Instead she got extra onions, turkey, bacon, on a VERY dry bread, as in NO mayo. Since I did not finish mine I gave it to her. But she was still hungry so I got her a dozen wings (BBQ). I called the manager and started to describe what happened. He was helpful and even though they forgot to put the receipt in the bag, he remembered me because we had a conversation when I was waiting for my food earlier. I came the next day to their restaurant and spoke to their manager and explained everything. I told her I end up buying more food for my wife. In the end the manager fix me 2 Gargantuans on a very soft bread which my wife and I had for lunch that next day. And even though this was a mistake "which happens all of the time in every restaurant out there", just ask for your RECEIPTS.
