This restaurant is horrible the only thing that is good about them is there chicken in there shrimp and broccoli w/beef. The people in a rude from the oldest to the youngest, they don’t never know how to say hello or anything like that they just be like “What you order” in my Chinese voice. I hate to make it seem like is the whole race of Chinese people because it’s not but it’s definitely majority of them that are very disrespectful but I always won our money. The minute you tell them that their food is wrong or old or bad or whatever the case may be they do not fix the problem they look at you like you are the problem or they will hang up the phone and then block your number. They are even lucky that they’re getting two stars for me.

Food nasty only thing you can get is shrimp rolls and wing platter

Very rude. VERY rude. I found a fly in my food and tried to let him know and he hung up on me. I call with the nicest tone and they are still rude. They actually always hang up on you if you’re asking too many questions. The worst thing I witnessed was a little girl (about 10) was outside begging for money to get a platter. She finally got enough and was 5 cents short and they would not let her get the platter. I paid for her meal but just the fact that we spend money to support their family every day and they can’t let a starving child go for 5 cents is DISGUSTING. I was going to let them go for the fly situation but after the situation with the child I will be calling L&I so it better be clean!

I luv Kim & Cong! The food is delicious, timely prepared, and very reasonably priced! Been a supporter for over 7yrs. I've since moved out of the neighborhood. But, I still stop by when I'm in the City for some dependable muchies to satisfy the old taste buds!

There were mice droppings in my food. You could see mice and roaches never go here food and customer service is horrible this store desevrves -8 stars
