Pizza Hut

Never ordering from here again. I ordered online delivery a few weeks back at about 8:30pm. After waiting an hour and a half I called to check in and they said it was the next one to go out. it was pretty obvious they somehow missed my order but I decided to wait. I gave up and went to bed around 11. After midnight I get a phone call waking me up that my order was here. I said I wanted to cancel it, that I was asleep and they said I’d have to wait until the morning. I said fine just give me the food since I was still hungry. I get to the door and the driver was pulling away. I had to yell to get their attention. The pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. I got a coupon for a free pizza so I thought I’d try again, and his time it took 2 hours for the driver to come. I was in the bathroom for 5 mins while the driver called twice. I called back and he said I’d have to wait longer because they have 5 deliveries. I asked why he didn’t ring the bell (like it is clearly stated on my directions for drivers), and he got real nasty and said none of this is his problem, repeatedly. There’s 100 pizza places that are honestly better. Will be spending my money elsewhere.

I will never order from this particular Pizza hut I place a order at 7:15 pm and they got to my house at 10:45 pm I'm only 4 minutes away from this restaurant I will not recommend this place to nobody is the worst place to place a order from I placed a order with dominoes at 8:15 pm and they got to my house around 8:45 that is great services ...

Worst pizza hut ever. The location is near a poverty area so they serve food at the lowest quality ever. Do not waste your money at this location. Food is cold and nasty. I have contacted managment and no changes. Just save your money. Neighborhood pizza shop is worth more than the food they serve here
