Local hole in the wall restaurant. They are one of the best in the city for comfort Vietnamese food. The staffs are always friendly and cheerful to their customers. I always take my out of town friends there when they are visiting! Highly recommend everyone to try!

Vietnamese food and the feeling at this place is super good. A favorite evening place of mine. Had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again. This place has a good atmosphere. Like a restaurant in Washington I loved.

I really like the food there but had a bad customer service experience there on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. I walked in at 6:35 wanting to order one of their specialty pho dishes for Wednesday(Wednesday was forecasting snow) because I knew that they are closed on Wednesdays.
But when I walked in one of the cooks asked me if I was “picking up for Zach?” When shook my head “no”and was proceeding to tell him what I wanted he cut me off and said that the kitchen was closed. I’m assuming since they were slow and I didn’t call my order in ahead of time, closing the kitchen 25 minute early was more important than putting together my pho dish.?
That being said I wouldn’t walk in on a week day 25-30 minutes prior to them closing and expect them to honor their posted hours. The food is good, I just wish their service was on par with it.

Very small but very good Vietnamese restaurant in South Philly. If looking for pho or Vietnamese soups, it is as good, if not better than the standards on Washington Ave. Very friendly staff. They now take credit cards for payment.

The owner is such a sweetheart! Cafe Nahn provides excellent customer service and ridiculously delicious pho. It seriously revives your soul.
