Being an employee here i have to say that the staff are really friendly and make your day. Coming here makes you want to be a morning person, so start your morning off right by buying a cup of coffee here.!! Or while on your way home from a long days work, stop on by and have our awsome night time staff make you a coffee tea icedtea or what ever your prefer to drink made with care and attention.!!!

Great customer service :) it was a little slow but they had to put up with a lot of really rude customers so I understood. Just a heads up, it’s not okay to yell across a store or talk about workers like they are not in front of you. Great job, will be back :)

It took over 15 minutes to get a medium hot coffee with regular cream and sugar one other gentlemen and myself were waiting for 15 minutes while they were handing other people coffee who ordered after us never called R numbers I had to ask for my receipt is the slowest most on organized place I've ever been into

My coffee was good. But the one guy has to pull his pants up.

The staff didn't listen to me when I made my order. I said Light Ice three different times and they still gave me a cup full of ice. I asked for Splenda and they gave me regular sugar. I am diabetic and that is the reason I asked for Splenda. I had to throw my whole coffee away because people cannot follow directions

I have to admit, all Dunkin' Donuts are the same. That's not a bad thing, because they all have excellent customer service, and of course, excellent food. But I was with particularly good company tonight and it made my normally good experience here, so much better ... life changing better.
