I enjoy it there very much, but that was a year ago. When I went there earlier, I ordered some cinnamon twist. They were old and nasty. Drive-thru cashier always seem to have a attitude. The chicken was tasty today.

I just came through the drive to order and the manager was very ignorant cut me off gave me wrong order and I had to reorder it very very ignorant there I will never go back Your management staff needs to be changed Immediately. I wish I could have given no stars.

I just experienced the alledged managers rude attitude. I simply asked to confirm my order. Keisha who claims to be the manager got arrogant. I asked for her manager and another employee who I might add didn't have on a mangers shirt just said okay. She said I'm sick of these customers! Overall customer service sucked and service was horrible. I immediately called the corporate office to report everything. During COVID if we don't support they have no work. They should be happy to be receiving income.

Horrible the women at the drive though window was very rude and unprofessional ,she have gold braids in her hair .For one I pulled up to order speaker and she told me they wasn’t taken any order at the drive through and that I had to come in to place a order and once I got in there she said the dining room is only for pick up orders only she got a really nasty funky attitude . I will never patronizes this store

the cashier wasn't the friendliest and they charged me the wrong amount and gave me the wrong order. I had to wait for it to be corrected on my bank account. Other than that the wings were good.

That store has a little problem they need another manager I came there one day and the floor was nice for the very first time so she must be new I asked for something she gave me the price I came to the window she gave me the sauce she gave me my food and she smiled I was very proud of that young lady because that it never happened to me out of the whole I know over 100 times I've been to that store I don't know why I still keep coming there but it was very nice that day

This place intentionally keep whatever card you use to pay when using drive through their professionalism is non existent

Hungry for KFC. lines were long & very slow maybe due to staffing or they started cooking when order. food was so hot, did not have to heat up after arriving home. Thx
