Premium One Pizzeria

Tried to order from these geniuses like I have done in the past and they had the nerve to tell me I'm too far. I just googled the distance and it says 2 minutes. 2 whole minutes! How is this business evening thriving at this point? What makes this ridiculouslly funnier is that my bf called and his number and address (which is my address) is saved and these folks still said it's too far. Who hired yall?

I’ve order from this place a numerous times and the final straw was in the midst of the pandemic they charged me extra on the family special for a salmon cheesesteak. If u look on the menu it’s the same price as regular cheese steak but they charged me an additional $5 on the family special with wings and a pizza and when I finally received my food the salmon cheesesteak was made incorrectly, when I called I spoke to the counter girl the girl apologized and stated due to covid they couldn’t take it back and make another sandwich And said it was too late to make another or but was trying to give me a credit. They can keep the credit for the food. They’ve done a lot of shady stuff to my food in the past, I’ve dealt with a few ignorant counter girls infiérnate drivers and bad tasting food and I still decided to call and spend money to be treated like the company doesn’t care about customers. I understand covid has changed a lot of regulations but at some point restaurants should absolutely be held accountable for their actions and the way they treat customers. Being as though you stimulate their business they should be willing to go above and beyond as well as be grateful.

To be fair their food is good, the issue I have is that they don't use pork product in their foods. For whatever reason that's fine, but at least let customers know this prior to buying the food. It's disappointing when I order a meat lovers pizza and everything is beef (beef pepperoni, beef sausage, beef etc). I don't prefer beef pepperoni over pork because it taste weird. I ended up giving it away because I didn't like it at all. They should let customers know what their getting and then let them decide if that's what they want. If they don't tell customers then customers won't know and will end up disappointed like I was.

It’s 8pm on 8/23/20 i waited a half of hour for chicken Alfredo got come and they use the can jar of Alfredo sauce I could of made that myself I’m soooo upset for $11 then there pizza is salty very salty the cheese steak is steak-umm not real sirloin steak! There buffalo wings is the only thing is good nice & big
