I never give fast food more than 3 stars but I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. Ayanna (the woman who took our order) was extremely polite and made sure we had everything we needed. She was also put in the unfortunate situation of informing us the restaurant was out of French fries. She was very understanding and explained to us most kids love their onion rings. The cook Kareem made sure our food was perfect! I can remember the last time a fast food place was able to get the order right let alone do it while giving great customer service. Keep up the good work.

I am in the area for business and I stopped by this location on Front & Oregon for lunch today (4/17/18 around 1pm). An elderly customer dropped his fountain drink all over the floor and appeared embarrassed by what happened. A woman who I’m assuming was a manager came and was able to make the customer feel better by assuring him that everything was okay and that they would clean it up. Not only did they clean it up immediately, but also they swapped out the gentleman’s food tray that also was wet from the drink. It’s great to see that true customer service still exist! Focus on your customers like this all the time and you will WIN!

I usually never give a low rating unless they deserve it, food ordered was a two for six spicy chicken for both plus fries and a drink. I recieved one frozen chicken, and the other had mixed ketchup and mayo on the chicken. I went back to Complain, and the girl just shrugged her shoulder. No apology, snatch the food and proceeded to order two more sandwiches. Rude and improper attitude. Will never visit this location again.

Normally, i dont get too hyped about fast food, as fast food is probably the lowest on my hierarchy of food standards, but this location was an absolutely terrible experience. I did the drive through because i had just gone to the shoprite, and wanted something quick to snack on. I didnt want to leave the car, but I spent 20 minutes in the drivethrough after placing my order, and the car in front of me wasnt helped properly, therefore holding up the line. By the time i reached the window, the drive through attendant never took the order to begin with, and ended up taking our order at the window.
I could have caught them at a bad time, but the service was horrible.

The girl at the counter couldn't speak up or talk clearly. Both of my sandwiches were smashed and some how the buns were burned. The meat was not fully cooked. Food tasted days old. I couldn't finish either sandwich. I ate in my tow truck because the dining area was disgusting. They need to either fire the staff and start with a good crew, or just shut the place down.

2 customers service was very very very slow. Asked for fresh French fries and cashier said the ones she gave me were fresh after I looked at them sit there for 10 minutes. She still didn't give me new ones. No more Burger King for me

All the staff were extremely nice snd helpful. Tables were all clean and food was quick and good. Im walking with a cane right now and a staff member came up to me to offer to carry my tray to my table. Great friendly service.

worst place ever! fries ice cold.my husbands burgers were gray and they told us after we ordered there were no more fries.the girl left the food stacked on other trays for my husband to pick them up.they are so damn slow and mess up our order every time! dont waste your hard earned dollars!
