Bad service, will have a full out conversation with each other while guest wait for orders at the window. Didn't even bother making my order. Don't waste your time or money . They need to fire the people that work here.

Tried ordering from the Drive-Thru, asked the girl to repeat my simple order back to me, once I heard it was wrong I corrected her, she still kept saying whatever she wanted to say. I Came inside its extremely dirty. The entire time all you hear is bro this bro that from the girl taking orders at the Drive-Thru and the cashier with his hoodie over his head that took my order..Ghetto at its worse.

Very slow. Everyday takes 30min to order. Terrible customer service. Need a bunch of adjustments even when making the food for the customers. I do not recommend to eat here.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They NEVER get my order right, rather I do it mobile or in person. There is always a very long line (as all fast food places during this pandemic) and the inside to walk in is never open so you’re forced to wait in the long car line and very rare when you go to receive your items will the person understand English so if anything is wrong (which most of the time it is) you’ll have to correct it w/ customer service.

They decide when they want to open the doors or do drive thru. It’s a shame because they have plenty of customers, but they lock the doors whenever they feel like it.

theee worst Dunkin I been to. i just left…was in line in the drive through for 30 mins and no exaggeration. i was stuck because i would have left. I’m not sure who runs this place, but something needs to be done. i gave them another chance and it’s my last for this location.

I gave this Dunkin many tries and they manage to screw up every single time.
The line takes at least half an our in drive through, no matter how many cars are there. The food is always the wrong temperature and they often forget you even ordered it to begin with. The drinks are also not the same quality as you get at other Dunkins.
I drive an extra 10-15 minutes for Dunkin over this one every time.

Nice people.....but the drive thru is painfully slow in the morning. They're probably dealing with the same labor issues other retailers are having. The quality is always good.
