I know good customer service is a thing of the past but being a U.S. Navy veteran and come to this establishment to pick up my call in order, to literally be look at by one of that ladies there and then ignored when I ask was if one of the order there mine. I showed her my order number if would taken 10 secs to look at it and compare to what they had available. She looked at it and turned around to go back pulling slice bread out of a warmer and having a conversation with another lady there. It was it when the black guy was finishing another order that I was able to asked him and received my order 10 seconds later. I will never go back there. With the other 4 locations within 2 miles, I really don't need to.

Just stopped here, only 1 person working. Very patiently waited while he went about work, and finally it was my turn. Ordered a sandwich and was told simply "no", and offered donuts with a beckoning hand towards the donuts. I asked if he couldn't make sandwiches, and he said "no". Finally managed to get a bagel. What's he doing before filling my order?? MAKING A SANDWICH! The machines were working and ingredients right in front of me. He just refused to make *me* a sandwich for some reason.

Every time I go here it is disappointing. Expired milk, awful customer service. Save yourself some time and go to another gas station.

Service may be quick but the end results are not what you paid. Staff have a hard time with simply reading the tickets. If it says Green tea hot or iced, you will end up with Black tea 100% of the time, without a doubt!

These guys were amazing!! I placed an order for 45 boxes of coffee and 43 doz donuts to be picked up in less than 12hrs. Not only did they have the order prepped and ready for me at the time I requested but they helped load and deliver. There were no excuses made. The team was phenomenal! I cannot thank them enough for making my event a successful one.
