Long wait at 11pm, food was warm (not hot). Unfortunately did a mobile order, so I was kinda stuck; or had to go through whatever process of getting my money back. I did only see 2 people working, so I'm guessing/ hoping they were short staffed. On the plus side, the young man working the drive through was very professional.

Hello Google Family. Mom and I visited to purchase our baby boy, Michael, he's 4, a Happy Meal/chicken nuggets. My mom wanted a Filet of Fish sandwich and my brother, two cheeseburgers/meal. Baby Michael loves the Happy Meal, where he gets a toy. The service was good. The lady that served us was pleasant and efficient. This is my first time visiting this location. I wanted to stop somewhere fast and get baby boy his food so that we could arrive home fast. Mom's hair stylist stood her up today and both of us were not at all thrilled about that. I paid for PayPal parking on the Meter App and what a waste of money and time. We sat for an hour and then Mom said, we are out of here, I am not going to continue to wait. After the fact, we find out that the stylist had a family emergency. She apologized. Baby boy was happy to get his Happy Meal and tore it up. WE notice that he loves chicken nuggets and wanted more. He is not too crazy about french fries. McDonald's today was an okay experience. I do not feel like I will be returning to this location, since I am used to going to other more convenient locations. they dont clean or fix their soda fountains, they have crack heads bothering and hounding customers for money almost on a daily basis, their computers keep crashing, their staff can be unprofessional i went back friday june 10th at 12:30 for food and one of the male cashiers disappeared after taking my order because one of their computers crashed and there were alot of orders to be completed. The moment he saw how many orders were made on the screen that was used to take them, he turned around and said "im going home. see you tomorrow guys" and stormed out through the back door in the kitchen and pretty much had other people cover for him for the remainder of their time that day. I still got my food if anyone was wondering but but this place needs to be cleaned up.

I've only used the drive-through here but have never really had any issues. It's easy to get to / a convenient location, the wait is never unreasonably long even if there are lots of cars before you, they almost always get my order right he first time (both in understanding it at the speaker + in putting the actual order together correctly), the food is always the expected quality, etc. During my last trip here, when I pointed out that they had forgotten my fries (since I always check the bag to ensure everything is good before leaving the window, which I highly recommend doing if you already don't do, btw), another employee heard and quickly grabbed a large fry and handed it to me without any problems or even verifying / confirming that I'd ordered it. The workers I've encountered are always fine-- friendly enough + quick to correct any issues. It's a fast food drive-through-- I'm really not expecting too much or coming here for excellent customer service / some sort of *dining experience*, so in terms of getting my orders correct and quickly, this spot is definitely good. I always go here or to the one on Gray's Ferry, and I avoid the one on 40th and Walnut, as I find that one to be the least pleasant (and it doesnt have a drive-through, while the other two do!).

If you are going to order from here I suggest you go inside or do drive-through. I will warn you though no matter which one you pick, it will be a long wait. Especially drive-thru. If you're thinking about using mobile order pickup then be warned that the parking lot is horrible. It's long, but narrow and is constantly filled up and because they don't get too many mobile pickup orders, they tell the drive-thru customers who's order they get wrong to park in those spots. So you're just sitting in the middle of the parking lot with people beeping at you trying to get around you.
