Customer service was ok. It did seem some of them did not want to be there. Which is understandable, work does suck but this hurts the experience for the customer.
The cheese steak is my first official cheese steak from Philly. The steak isn't seasoned very much but the bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms are all very flavorful.
This is not the best cheese steak I have had but it was good

Well when you come to Philly you’re supposed to try cheesesteak right? Well I was sorely disappointed with this location. Cheese was not melted and fries were cold off the bat. The steak was super plain, no flavor. And I asked for mushrooms (paid $1) and got three on the sandwich. I do not know how this chain is still running with these reviews. Try another place is what I recommend.

The sandwich was ok for the first time. I got the classic with whiz as some reviewers suggested. The meat was sitting on the side of the grill and scooped into a foot long white bread. Green peppers & onions added. The amount of meat given was ample. The texture chewy. Together the elements of the sandwich went well and satisfied my hunger. However, this may be a one time trial for me. Approx $15

Was so excited to try this place, should have read the reviews first. Best thing was the bread. Steak had no flavor. Cheese wasn’t melted. Fries were boring and greasy. Disappointed.

They just opened and meat was frozen. Took 45 min to get sandwich. Meat was burnt… then kitchen shut down so I couldn’t even get a replacement… wouldn’t recommend. $30 for sandwich fries and a drink

The cheese steaks that my wife and I ordered were in-edible. The meat was very tough was not seasoned and had an almost rancid smell to it. We tossed our sandwiches and went about a hundred yards back to B concourse and had great sandwiches

My first actual philly cheese steak sandwich in philly and I was not impressed. There’s a place in Fort Worth Texas that makes a way more tasty sandwich. I’m not saying it was bad but I was expecting more flavor. It’s a nice food place as in its clean and the cashier was friendly but the gentleman handing out orders was not very nice. Maybe that’s the philly attitude I’ve always heard about.

We didn't have time to get in town but found out there was a Gino's at the airport. And It Was Delicious. Soft Bread, Delicous Steak, Provolone, and I added Mjshrooms, Onions, and Pepper. So Good, I want to go back!
