This Dunkin has been my go-to for a few years and I'm a frequent customer. After some mishaps with their service over the last couple of months, I am pleased to update my review to reflect that the service has been wonderful lately and it is clear that changes have been made for the better. I am glad customer feedback is taken into consideration.

Always fast service and friendly faces. Orders have always been correct and drinks made properly. At the end of the day if you order a small amount of munchkins, they give you a big bag so they don’t go to waste

Placed a mobile walk in pick up order. I asked for an Apple Fritter and they didnt have it. They switched it out for a coffee bun after asking me when I arrived.

I’ve been always getting drive thru from this store, and today for the first time I came inside and amazed!!! It’s so spacious, clean and bright! It’s too good to be just a Dunkin 😁😁❤️❤️❤️

For some reason, most other Dunkin Donuts mess up my drink. It's not that complicated, really - iced matcha latte made with oat milk, 5 pumps hazelnut, light ice-but every time, other Dunkins give me cow milk, or forget the hazelnut. This one, I walked in today, concerned they'd mess it up.. AND THEY DID MY DRINK PERFECTLY! Oh, I was so happy! It was SO GOOD. Nice, friendly employees, and a sizeable parking area. I have been working nearby lately, so I will definitely come back here. Thank you, Bustleton Ave Dunkin, for being good at what you do!

I love going to this location. They always get my order right and seeing Kaheem always makes my day! He is always so chipper and really puts a smile on my face.

I wanted to eat inside with my son before he had to get to class but it's still not available. My son's meal and my meal was hot and filling. My tea was sweetened the way I like it and I wasn't overwhelmed with the smell of coffee. Staff was very friendly and they have plenty of parking.

This is a clean, big, & spacious, location. The staff is friendly, polite, and they make good Cappuccinos. There’s a Baskin Robbins in there as well.
I love coming here to get some work done on my PC. For the most part it’s quiet and peaceful inside.
