Love this place, all the staffs are so nice and knowledgeable.

Great service great employees. I'm the store manager. Yes we know the people outside are annoying, no they aren't homeless they come from the methodone clinic and I'm doing my best to keep them from crowding the front. Yes I know I'm an a-hole sometimes but you'll get the best service, fresh hot food and who knows might get a little show from the people outside and have a story to tell. Lol but seriously it's the best Dunkin come check us out

I got a large Matcha Latte (with oatmilk) and an apple fritter.
I've had both better and worse in terms of food at the Dunkin chains. However, the service here was friendly and fast.
It's an inner-city Dunkin, so there isn't much room to sit. There are a few tables and chairs, but most people do tend to 'grab n go' once their order is ready.
I've gone there before, and I'll visit again if I'm in the area and craving Dunkin.

My gf was being grouchy so I went to go get her a latte and some food. She had a special request to put cream cheese on a breakfast sandwich which the store at Broad and Oregon wouldn't do. The sweet lady behind the counter at this location was more than happy to help. 🏆 I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you

The coffee is always good and fresh. It may look crowded but the employees work really fast. I am always greeted politely and always satisfied with my visit.

Love my caramel iced coffee xtra xtra ...have to have it everyday. Making coffee at home isn't the same I need my Dunkin Donuts iced coffee every single day.

I love dd at 16 and Washington ave James the cashier is so respectful to everyone. The manager, on the other hand, she has a messed attitude. And is talks with nothing but disrespect. It seems like everyday is a bad day for her.

The staff here if friendly for the most part except a select few. They are always very fast and you never have to wait in line long. They are quick making your orders and almost always get them right. There are a few tables to sit and eat and the bathroom and the store is kept clean.
