Every so often part of my order is slightly off but never a big deal until today. Somehow my iced coffee and my wrap were BOTH incorrect. There's a tall, old dude working there that clearly has no interest in accuracy. I told him my drink was wrong and all he did was add pumps of the correct syrup to the already sweet drink, making it death by sugar... Thankfully, whoever the woman is working there, she's amazing. She fixed both of his mistakes - the wrong drink AND the wrong wrap. I'd give this location outstanding customer service if it wasn't for the fact that they were the ones who had the bad customer service that needed to be corrected in the first place. Anywho - if you ever have a problem with your order, ask the lady about it, she's awesome and very friendly and helpful!

I just have to share that I just walked in 5 minutes before closing (I didn’t know they were closing) and not only was the young man so polite about still taking my order, he also made me a dunkaccino which I didn’t realize was retired off the menu in March of this year. I didn’t catch this young man’s name but thank you so much.

I was surprised at the quality of their lattes and cappuccinos. Medium size for $3 at DD in Philly. Hoping that's the same price back home in MI.

I gave this Dunkin a five-star because of the food stand right outside lol food was banging

Always a good place to grab coffee, donuts, or breakfast. My son would absolutely want to eat here daily if he could! 4 stars because we can't dine inside.

It's your typical DD. If you go in the morning make sure you have a little extra time because you will usually have a line to wait in & although it usually moves pretty fast there are those occasions when it does move slow(usually when your in a hurry). However, it's never as long as the drive thru at the DD in Ivy Ridge. Other than that there is not really much to say.

The guy Darrel who works in the morning is fantastic, I walk in and he usually has my order ready before I even say anything.
