Philly Pretzel Factory

Horrible !!!! I ordered a letters and graduation caps on Friday for Sunday pick up. When ordering the kids working in there we’re confused on the price I asked them to get the manger so I can be charged correctly I highly doubt a graduation cap made of pretzels was a dollar the OWNER himself came over and corrected the price and assured me himself it would be made since he makes him. He joked and said now I gotta make sure I got the guy to come in to make them on Sunday which was him had no idea he was serious. Here we are Sunday 8 am I get a phone call from the pretzel factory informing me my pretzels can’t be made today because the person didn’t come in and she just hangs up. I go to the factory the manger/supervisor on duty says he doesn’t make letters or caps don’t know why the owner took the order since he’s the only one that does them and he ain’t coming in. I suggest calling to see if he plans on coming in later since I had a later pick up time? He says I’m not calling him right now maybe after 9 am and he still probably not going to make them because he ain’t coming in and the dough has to rise! Like what ! I can’t believe this horrendous and unprofessional this place is poor customer service completely.

I went on a recommendation from a friend who used to live in Philly. Didn't really have very high expectations. Got the spicy sausage pretzel: so much better than it has any right to be. It really doesn't make sense. The thin pretzel shell had just the right amount of salt, and chew, and crust and everything pretzly a soft pretzel should be with a spicy sausage that actually had legitimate but not overwhelming heat to it. Dipped it in melted cheese. A 5 star snack.

We bought 2 combo party trays and 22 more pretzel dogs this morning for our daughter's birthday party and the girl there made a mistake charging double on the pretzel dogs. We called back and told them to check to see if there was a mistake. Another girl picked up the fone and she told my wife again and again that the price was not wrong. She even told my wife "what's there so hard to understand"? What a rude customer service she is. I went in to the store and talked to Manager there and first he said "their charge is correct" still and said what's the problem. He later on checked again and found out that the price they charged was wrong and they DOUBLE charge on the Pretzel dogs. What a piece of crap their customer service is. We will not go to this store again and please BE CAREFUL next time you buy anything from them. Thank you.
