Davis helped us get some bomb cookie ‘wiches made with fresh cookies! I got the chocolate chunk with peanut butter insomniac tracks ice cream and my partner got snickerdoodle with the same. Nice knowing they’re open late to help me get my sweet tooth fix

Terrific customer service here! The woman working when I came in was very generous. I order vegan cookies with the regular classics all the time and she made sure to ask before putting them all in the same box.

Visited the Main Street location in Philadelphia for our first ever Insomnia Cookie experience and Davis went above and beyond to make our interaction an absolute delight. Taking the time to break down the menu and deliver service with a genuine smile really showed his heart for the customer experience. The fresh, warm brownies topped with ice cream were delicious and we can't wait to try the assortment of flavored cookies we selected. Davis even asked if we wanted our brownies to be an end piece or center piece. Definitely going to be visiting again in the near future. Thanks a million Davis!

Oh gosh! The service here is fantastic and the cookies are amazing! I figured out why they're called Insomnia Cookies; the warm and sweet cookies put me right to sleep. I felt like a 2-year-old going down for a nap and I didn't complain at all!

Just awesome! Always amazing,always fresh and really nice team members make coming here a treat.
Note there is not much in terms of seats,but pretzel park is right behind the store so you have a great place to relax and enjoy your treat.

Our door dash never arrived but the store was so kind and sent us a fresh box of cookies! We are so appreciative of the staff contacting us and sorting the delivery issue out!! The cookies are amazing and the staff was amazing so I had to give them five stars!
