One of my favorite bakeries, originating from Hoboken! I wasn’t sure if the experience at other locations would live up to the hype and the Philly store definitely did not disappoint! I was SO, so happy to finally have a lobster tail again! The cream was the right consistency and perfectly chilled, while the the pastry was flaky and butter. You know you’re having a true Carlo’s bakery lobster tail when you bite into it and hear that satisfying *crispy crunch* sound! Ahhh 🤤 I also tried the chocolate mousse and cannoli cheesecake. Both were delicious! The only thing missing was Buddy himself. One day, I will cross paths with Buddy Valastro at one of his bakeries… one day 😁

The manager Kate has been extremely helpful creating the customized big birthday cake - half ocean and half golf course- for my husband which was a complete success and super delicious, moist and tasty! All her advice was great and the price very reasonable compared to some other customized birthday cakes. Thank you so much!

Loved the desserts and selection here. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake, a chocolate covered strawberry, and 2 cookies. Everything was very tasty. Service was fast and efficient. Would definitely go back. The only downfall is that everything is pricey, which is expected. This is a spot for special occasions. Location is pretty good, there is parking on the street.
