Food selection is good the quantity is smaller than expected.

This review is based on three recent visits to the Ikea restaurant. The first two visits (on weekdays) were fine. It's hard to beat this place for a quick inexpensive meal. Their salmon dishes and Swedish meatballs are great. They also have very good soups, salads and deserts. The coffee is at best, mediocre. My third visit, on a Saturday afternoon was extremely disappointing. It seems that at least on this day, the restaurant was severely understaffed. The self serve salad and desert cases were nearly empty, they ran out of clean drinking glasses, there were no forks, the coffee machines were completely empty, and the entire dining area was filthy. Every unoccupied table was an absolute mess. Two stars for the restaurant, one extra star for the amazing view of the SS United States.
4/2023 - Our last two visits were much more pleasant. Previous issues seemed to have been resolved.

Yummy food, and great prices all around. It’s better to see something before buying it, but don’t be surprised if you need to do an online pick up order after your visit for nice out of stock items.

Good meals and a good price, if you can bear the cashier's temperaments and occasional scorn of the servers. This should be a fun family friendly stop, but at times it gets a little intense. We spend hours here for the ambience and inspiration.

I would give it five stars except for the fact that they start turning breakfast into lunch before 11 even though breakfast is until 11. If you get there early enough you can enjoy breakfast but otherwise you have to have lunch. The food is very good and extremely cheap. The fast food line after the checkout counter also has great options including many vegetarian options like a really good veggie dog that only costs $0.75.

These is one of my favorite places to visit. You not only save money in all household items. There food is delicious. The best thing to eat is there meatball platter with a pear spritzer. They are kid and handicap friendly. Everything's for the household under one roof.

Their broccoli cheddar soup was completely vegetarian, which I loved very much. The veggie balls were great. Their almond cake is excellent. The staff was friendly, and friends and family members get free coffee!

I'm not kidding here, it's a very nice serene space with a nice view and good coffee. The food is top shelf cafeteria. So nothing special but pretty good. If you're working in the area and just want a nice quiet place to sit and reflect on your life this is it
