Kailis Bros

Grabbed a pack of frozen prawns (Just Caught Brand) at Woolies when in a hurry. They were nice and pink and white so presumed they were cooked prawns. When I went to open them I realised it said Australian Caught Raw Prawns. They didn't look raw to me so I thought maybe they were mislabeled. Rang the company and left a message to ring me, no-one bothered getting back to me. Left an on-line message, still no response. Didn't want to take any chances so I followed the cooking instructions. They were like leather after cooking. Still waiting for an answer before I throw the rest in the compost.

I wrote the review below about a month ago. I'm still waiting for my refund. Four phone calls later with four promises to phone me back and no return calls, no refund. Sorry Kailis, Im shopping elsewhere in future. As is proved time and time again, it is a case of finding the right person to talk to within a company. My first contact with Kaillis Bro (receptionist) was unfruitful with the usual accusations that perhaps I did something to the product, etc. Going a little deeper into the company, not only will they replace the faulty product but they are willing to drive out to my house and quality check it. I'm impressed.
