Slightly pricey, but the food was also better than average, so was fine on that front. Same could not be said for the DJ who thought he needed to play 80s music at club rave volumes. If I wanted the experience of only drinking because I can't hear my friends 30cm away, then I would not be going here. Staff could not be convinced to appreciably turn down the music either.

Food is really nice and I’ve eaten there several times, the staff are lovely I’d give the food 5 stars but reason for 3 is I have been to the Motown night twice now and I feel it’s very outdated and the music is awful, Motown is amazing music but there was nothing played that made your feet tap, only a handful of people danced, that could be a brilliant night and perfect for older clientele, I wouldn’t go back as the sound system is terrible, how about some nice video footage background showing the singers and good quality sound, I think it would bring a good crowd in, your Motown night needs modern technology

Beautiful meal today as it was my dads birthday..service was quick and food was lovely ..Only discrepancy was manager/possible male owner needs to focus on his customers than his phone...constantly on phone while we are trying to get served ..not on phone just texting or browsing . You will loose customers this way as many customers were saying this ...customer service first ...also should not be drinking behind bar to ...otherwise nice meal 😋

The food was pretty good but a big gap between meals coming out was annoying, but left standing at the bar for a drink and then the 1 of 4 staff wanders down to the other of end of the for petson that just turns. Not surprising I left and thought stuff waiting for another drink. Yep hard to get half decent staff and service.

Parmie was great, kids menu was a large meal but my madam ate it all she LOVED it (steak and chips)and her desert. my steak- ordered rare and bloody after explaning in great detail how i wanted it slightly still mooing but not 'blue' came out medium- slightly pink in the middle so i took it back, the next was better but still not rare, not bloody. i get this this problem all the time, at many restaurants all in all it was a great dinner with great service and friendly staff.
