FREE ICE CREAM and FREE LOVE! well ok... the ice cream is not free all the time, but love is. I enjoyed a delicious ‘totally baked’ ice cream cone this evening on the house, thanks to legalising same sex marriage. Ben and Jerry’s put a ban on having two scoops of the same flavour in the same cone until the same sex marriage vote was passed. Fair call. Now that it’s passed they are celebrating with a free cone! - tonight only The B&J’s story is a really cool one if you want to do your research. But long story short it’s nice to see a company standing up for human rights, equality and other social issues. + the ice cream is sooooo good.

You generally can't go wrong with ice cream, but Ben & Jerry's take it to the next level with well balanced options which you can't find anywhere else. The staff here were friendly even whilst it was busy at the time of visiting and still made each customer feel welcomed rather than trying to rush you through the process. An extra bonus for those with special dietary requirements are their vegan friendly options so everyone can enjoy an ice cream.
